Who We Are Looking For
- Experienced Vinyl & Automotive Techs: Installers, detailers, and mobile techs who know vehicle surfaces and want a focused, high-standard trade.
- Driven Self-Starters (Will Train): If you don't have vinyl experience but have strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and show up on time every single day, we will teach you the trade.
- Future Crew Leaders: Motivated operators who can manage job sites, communicate with dealership and auction managers, and take ownership of a mobile unit.
Core Requirements
- Uncompromising Reliability: When a client has 15 trucks that need to hit the front line or an auction lane on deadline, showing up and executing is non-negotiable.
- Attention to Detail: We guarantee zero paint damage. That means no careless razor work, no scratched panels, and leaving every vehicle 100% clean.
- Valid Driver’s License: Clean driving record and reliable transportation to job sites across Northeast Florida.
- Physical Stamina: Active, outdoor fieldwork working around commercial cargo vans, straight trucks, and freight trailers.
